April Vaden
Director, PMO
April Vaden brings 17 years of experience owning all stages of a project lifecycle and over 12 years of HR technology expertise to the EPI-USE team as Director in the WorkForce Software Practice.
April has deep expertise pertaining to project management, complex configuration, implementation, system support, testing, mentoring and leadership. April's WFS experience includes working on over 40 different WFS implementation projects in various verticals and is certified as both a Technical and Functional Consultant.
April is a graduate of Western Michigan University and currently resides in sunny St. Petersburg, FL with her husband and two spoiled English Bulldogs.
Gillian Deane
Delivery Lead
Gill, is a pragmatic project delivery partner with over 25 years of professional practice. Gill works collaboratively with executives and their leadership teams to achieve functional outcomes by establishing trusted relationships and fostering a united purpose within the project team.
Gill is currently the EPI-USE APJ Delivery Lead and is responsible for supporting our internal Consultants across Australia; New Zealand; the Philippines, India and Singapore within the Workforce Software solution.

Mario A. García Castro
WFS México Lead & SAP HCM-PT
Marco serves as the Regional Service line lead for Workforce Management Services at EPI-USE México and LATAM and is an experienced Team Leader with robust background in SAP HCM-PT and Workforce Software.
Marco has led and implemented WFS projects for the last 7 years. Throughout his 18+ year career, he has worked with several clients such as Bosch, P&G, Yazaki, Schlumberger, Whirlpool, and Mabe.
Cathy Oates
WFS Solution Architect
Cathy is a WorkForce Software Lead Consultant at EPI-USE, responsible for the functional delivery of WorkForce Software projects across the Asia Pacific region. Cathy has over 16 years experience in both Enterprise, People Management, SAP Integration, Facilitation, and Training with a range of customers across multiple industries including retail, public sector, healthcare, mining, higher education, transportation and aged care ranging from 500 to over 100,000 employees.
Prior experience includes leading Solutions Consulting for WFS sales across the APJ region and working for an early client of WFS in Australia.
Marc Wiggill
Managing Director – Workforce Management APJ
Marc is responsible for the EPI-USE Workforce Management practices across the Asia Pacific Japan region.
His recent experience includes working with a diverse range of regional and multinational clients implementing Workforce Software solutions in region and globally, with engagements ranging from establishing global design standards and solution guardrails through multi-staged implementations spanning 30 + countries.
