Recruiting and Onboarding SuccessFactors Support Consultant

Profile Summary:

As a SuccessFactors Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and consultation to clients utilizing SuccessFactors, an integrated cloud-based HR and talent management system. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of SuccessFactors modules for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a detailed and results-oriented approach, taking the initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks in a timely manner.
  • Utilize your knowledge of current HR policies, practices, and future trends to anticipate business needs and align system processes accordingly.
  • Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand their business processes and ensure alignment with solution functionality.
  • Act as a client-facing representative, identifying and documenting business requirements and recommending how the SuccessFactors solution can best meet client needs.
  • Provide support to the interface workstream, ensuring a clear understanding of business scenarios and integration between the SuccessFactors solution and other applications.
  • Support configuration, testing, training, data migration, and change management workstreams as part of project implementations.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and customers, communicating clearly and confidently both verbally and in writing.
  • Work on multiple initiatives simultaneously, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Share knowledge with customers and mentor fellow consultants on the team.
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving, fast-paced environment.
  • Consulting on implementation projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, HR, or a related field.
  • Associate or Professional level certification in one or more of the following SAP SuccessFactors modules: Recruiting Management, Onboarding, and Employee Central Core.
  • 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
  • 2+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules in a lead role.
  • Strong ability to elicit and document business requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Motivated to work within Service Level Agreements and deadlines.

Work schedule:

Full-time

Location:

Remote working, with access to the office in Pretoria and Stellenbosch. Close proximity to one of the offices is preferred.

Reporting structure:

The SuccessFactors Support Consultant will report to the Application Management Services Manager.
